      Due to MYAA-825, a control has been applied to blovk Minyaa Service if Minyaa setup is not ended.
      But, in case of partial usage of Minyaa (Core, Workflow, Timne, ...), this test assumes always that the setup is not ended. Minyaa Service are never executed!
