If Minyaa Workflow is not present on folder, the Timesheet Activation fails due to missing AutoTransition Service.
The AutoTransition Service is required only for the transition "Ask for Closure" of Timesheet Workflow.

This transition is a minor, present in order to notify user that Timesheet where the end date is passed, and is not yet validated.

Possible Solutions :

• Disable the transition if Minyaa Workflow is missing
• or move Auto-Transition to Minyaa Core with an explicit Check of License
