NPE occurs when viewing Comment Tab Panel of an Issue that have been just transfered to a new created Wofkflow

      Root Cause :
      DefaultCommentService is initiated before Plugins and keep an reference of IssueManager (and then WorkflowManager) that are extended by Minyaa
      Yes another Hack Solution !
      We implements a DefaultCommentServiceFix (doing nothing) but declared in atlassian-plugin.xml then refresh with correct ExtendedWorkflowManager and ExtendedIssueManager
