      Initiali behavior of "Log Work by Delegation" feature was :

      • Be able to log Work for a member of my team
      • Be able to correct the logged Work of a member of my team
      • Correct the Author of a Worklog

      The 3rd part of this feature appears unavailable since JIRA 5.x
