Getting busy indicator when clicked on "All" tab

      Recently we had just upgraded JIRA from v5.2.7 to v6.1.7 and Minyaa from v3.3.7 to v3.3.17. After the upgrade, we realised that "All" tab is always showing the busy indicator. This issue will go away temporarily by refreshing the current page, but will come back again when we restart the browser.

      This feature was working well prior to the upgrade/
