In "Move Issue" post-function performs curently a validation against Default Issue Type Scheme, and not against the target Issue Type Scheme.

It causes, that :

• a Move can be done to an Issue Type not defined in the taget Issue Type Scheme
• a Move can not be done to an Issue Type not defined in the Default Issue Type (Strange configuration that can occurs since JIRA 7.x, when a Issue Type is created by a Project Template)
