When the check of license has been applied on main feature of Minyaa plugin, it has been also done for the OFBiz Model application.
But, when the plugin is licensed by a Parent Plugin (i.e. Minyaa Suite), the model is not applied since the LicenseManager of Minyaa Suite is not enablle when Minyaa Time is enabled.

Short Term Resolution : License is no more controlled for OFBiz Model application
Medium Term Resolution (if possible) : If the license check is alwyas always a requirement for the OFBiz Model application, then it has to be done only whene all plugin are enabled.
